Machamer Financial is a Fee Only Registered Investment Advisor located in Virginia Beach, VA. Because we are registered, we are a financial fiduciary. As fiduciaries, we have a legal obligation to always place our clients’ interest ahead of our own.

We are among the very few advisors who offer a true Performance Based Fee to “Qualified” Clients. With a Performance Based Fee schedule, the management fee is a percentage of the client’s gain. There is no management fee if the account does not grow.

Traditional, or “non-qualified”, clients will use a standard Asset Based Fee schedule.

Our clients hire us to provide prudent and successful investment advice free of any conflict of interest. Our fee schedules represent 100% of our compensation; we are not compensated from commissions or product sales fees.

At Machamer Financial, we are committed to full transparency and strict oversight. All of the accounts we manage remain in our clients’ name at TD AmeriTrade; our preferred custodian. They are further protected through regular audits, reviews, regulatory examinations and monthly statements sent direct from the custodian.
